A 23-year-old Olathe woman is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on a charge of raping a child younger than 14.

Maurine Mutindi Kimwele was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is being held in the Johnson County Detention Center with bond set at $100,000.

Kimwele is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. today.
